1. What cookies are
This policy explains how Percy Real Estate Ltd, trading as Matchouse, uses cookies on the Bloc Sign website and app. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them. Some are essential for a site to work. Others, such as analytics, are optional and are only used with your consent, as required by the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.

We don’t currently use analytics or marketing cookies on this website. If we add them, they will only run after you allow them, and we will list them here first.
3. Cookies in the Bloc Sign app
The app at sign.blocsign.io uses only cookies needed for sign-in and security. Because the app can’t work without them, they don’t require consent.

People who sign through a signing link don’t need an account and get no sign-in cookies. Their draft progress is saved on our servers, not in cookies, so they can come back to it later.

4. Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting in the footer of any page. We ask again every 12 months, or sooner if the cookies we use change.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the app from signing you in.
5. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
